What game should have the first Tournament?

I think to honor the creation of Galaxy Genesis, I'll host an online tournament.

However, the problem is...in what game should the tournament take place?

I think it will be on PSN, and to give you an idea of what all games I have, here's my trophy collection.

Wipeout HD. Dunno if I'm able to get in, but it seems like a logical choice, given that tons of people got it with the Welcome Back program.

Hmmm, my friend has a limited amount of games on his PS3.
Demon's Souls, M.A.G., Supersonic Acrowhatever Cars, Section 8: Prejudice, Borderlands and Burnout: Paradise.

Also, why not a GGPO thing? OR will that not work?

Hmm...GGPO is an option.

I only have Marvel 2 , Wipeout , Continuum Shift & Arcana from that list. If its something requiring a pc i'll have to sit this one out though.

Yes I know but the GGPO thing mentioned previously- I can't do anything with that.

AH3 MVC3 BBCS and Wipeout are my options....MAYBE SSFIV once I get AE stuff..

I'd go with those, excpet I don't have Wipeout.

Although if MvC2 gets picked I'll end up coming last as I really do suck on that game.

Awww. I'll play some SSF2THDR with ya if you want. Honestly, due to my unwillingness to support Capcom and my rampant piracy of Blazblue on other platforms, the only fighter I current own for current-gen is Mortal Kombat. =P

Hmm..I think at this current point I'm leaning more toward BBCS, but maybe not that I bumped this topic, the new people can say something. =P

I have every fighter cept arcade edition which is an unbalanced mess.
I nominate mvc2. But that might be unfair considering my experience.

I don't play arcana heart 3 at all unless I get invited so thats fair. ( Too busy playing ah 2.5)

What about Mortal Kombat ( That game is actually balanced)

Alright guys. Why doesn't this go in a better format.

We need some type of tally. I've seen 2 for marvel 2.

I'd say tekken 6. But not a lot of people here seem to have it.

But I'm going for marvel 2 because I want to see what you guys have.

Ok, Well I nominate marvel 2 or marvel 3. I just don't have marvel 3 installed on my HD. Maybe it would be a bit more fair since the game is more friendly(vastly) to beginners.

Theres arcana heart 3, but then since it's a tourney I'd start actually trying to learn 3 instead of just sticking with 2.5

I agree with Zero.

Mvc2, mvc3, or Arcana.

Mvc3 I almost feel like playing because it's so long and I like Arthur. I still don't like the game but yeah.

Then again Mvc2 would be a lot of fun.

And Arcana would give me a good excuse to start playing that again cause I like it.
